How to return or exchange my product?
SISTALK warrants this pleasure object for a period of ONE (1) YEAR, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.
If you discover a defect and notify SISTALK during the warranty period, LELO will, at its discretion, replace the pleasure object free of charge.
If you are dissatisfied with any item, it may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt.
• We cannot accept non-defective exchanges on items that have been opened.
• Pleasure objects may not be returned unless they are defective.

If on receipt of your delivery you find that the box has been damaged or opened, or its contents are missing, please ensure that you take a photograph of the

Is it safe to use a silicone-based lubricant with my SISTALK product?
SISTAL recommends that you not use a silicone-based lubricant with your SISTALK product, as this could make the silicone permanently tacky. A water-based lubricant is the
safest option. If you wish to use a silicone-based lubricant, perform a patch-test first. You should also never use massage oil or hand cream as lubricants
My SISTALK product does not work and / or charge. What should I do?
In order to find out where the problem lies, please run through the following actions:
Attempt to charge your SISTALK product. if the battery has been completely drained, it may take up to 5 minutes for the LED to begin to pulse, indicating charging is taking place.
This is because the charger initially charges with a very low current to protect the battery. if the LED still does not respond after 5 minutes, please check that:
The DC plug is firmly plugged into the DC socket.
The main plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket.
If your SISTALK product has apparently completed charging but still does not work, ensure that the travel lock is not on. hold down the + and – buttons simultaneously for
5 seconds to turn the travel lock off. The LED will light up to confirm unlocking.
Does a SISTALK charger for USA work in France, if you use an adapter?
The way to charge the SISTALK MonsterPUB is a USB connection. So yes, if you have the suitable plug for the country, the charge will be done in any country.
Can I use my SISTALK product in the shower?
SISTALK line is completely waterproof for up to 1 metre, your SISTALK product is splash proof, but is not designed to be a deep waterproof product. This basically means that it is fine
to clean the product according to the instructions in the manual, carefully avoiding submersion and getting water into the DC socket or around the buttons. Using your SISTALK
product in a bath tub will invalidate SISTALK’s warranty conditions.
What is the difference between a vibrator and a dildo?
While the shape is similar, a vibrator is battery-powered and vibrates, while a dildo has no battery and does not vibrate.
